Repeals the requirement for the Commissioner of Education to annually reprint laws enacted by the General Assembly concerning education and distribute copies to interested persons

Eliminates the provision requiring publishing costs for annual education law reprints to be paid from the state public school fund

Reduces the Department of Education's cash funds appropriation by $35,480 for fiscal year 2025-26

Effective date: July 1, 2025
