Excludes pupils enrolled in multi-district online schools authorized by the Charter School Institute from the per-pupil calculation for mill levy equalization funding distribution

Beginning in the 2025-26 budget year, multi-district online schools authorized by the Institute are prohibited from receiving any mill levy equalization funds

Starting in the 2024-25 budget year, if an institute charter school already receives additional mill levy revenue from its local school district, that amount must be deducted from the state's full mill levy equalization funding calculation

Reduces the State Education Fund appropriation for CSI mill levy equalization by $1,008,494 for the 2025-26 fiscal year
