Extends the Complementary and Integrative Health Program's repeal date from September 1, 2025 to September 1, 2030

Expands eligibility beyond spinal cord injuries to include persons with multiple sclerosis, brain injury, spina bifida, muscular dystrophy, or cerebral palsy

Renames the program from "spinal cord injury waiver pilot" to "Complementary and Integrative Health Program" and transitions it from pilot status to an ongoing program

Covers chiropractic care, massage therapy, and acupuncture performed by licensed providers for eligible Medicaid recipients

Appropriates $66,637 in general funds plus $66,637 in anticipated federal funds for FY 2025-26 administrative costs (2.0 FTE), and $1,214,019 in general funds plus $1,214,019 in anticipated federal funds for medical services
