Repeals the recovery-friendly workplace program established in part 3 of article 20 of title 23 of Colorado Revised Statutes

Removes the recovery-friendly workplace program from the list of authorized fee-for-service contracts under the Department of Higher Education

Decreases general fund appropriation to the college opportunity fund program by $412,577 for fiscal year 2025-26

Reduces reappropriated funds to the University of Colorado regents by $412,577 and eliminates 1.5 FTE positions

Takes effect July 1, 2025
