Repeals Colorado Revised Statutes section 25-11-105, eliminating the Radiation Advisory Committee that provided technical advice to the department on radiation control program matters

The abolished committee consisted of 9 governor-appointed members with no more than 4 from any single political party, representing industry (3), healing arts (3), and higher education institutions (3)

Committee members served at the governor's discretion and received reimbursement for necessary expenses incurred during meetings or authorized committee business

Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case the act would require voter approval at the November 2026 general election
