Affected funds include: child welfare cash fund, community impact cash fund, accelerated appeal cash fund, mobile home park act dispute resolution fund, public safety communications revolving fund, and the department of personnel revolving fund

Appropriates $284,167 from the child welfare cash fund to the Department of Human Services for child welfare licensing in fiscal year 2025-26

Effective date is July 1, 2025
