Expands the definition of "emergency-use epinephrine" beyond auto-injectors to include any FDA-approved portable, disposable device containing a premeasured single dose of epinephrine for treating anaphylaxis

Allows designated school personnel to administer emergency-use epinephrine after being trained by either a school nurse or a licensed medical professional (physician, physician assistant, or advanced practice registered nurse)

Authorizes school governing authorities to adopt policies allowing schools to acquire and maintain stock supplies of emergency-use epinephrine and enter arrangements with manufacturers or suppliers to obtain devices at fair-market, reduced prices, or for free

Provides liability protection for schools, districts, directors, and employees for good faith administration of emergency-use epinephrine in accordance with adopted policies and standing orders from licensed prescribers

Appropriates $9,379 from the general fund to the Department of Education for FY 2025-26 to implement the act, including 0.1 FTE for the student pathways division
