Creates a new civil cause of action allowing victims of nonconsensual AI-generated or digitally manipulated intimate images ("intimate digital depictions") to sue for actual damages or $150,000 in liquidated damages, plus attorney fees and exemplary damages

Expands Colorado's existing "revenge porn" criminal statutes to cover AI-generated and computer-manipulated intimate images, making disclosure a class 1 misdemeanor or class 6 felony if it poses an imminent safety threat

Extends child sexual exploitation laws to include AI-generated or digitally altered sexually exploitative material depicting identifiable children, eliminating the defense that the defendant didn't know the image was computer-generated

Requires valid consent for intimate digital depictions to be in a written agreement specifying the platforms, time period, and security features for disclosure

Exempts satire/parody, good-faith disclosures to law enforcement, matters of public concern, and interactive computer service providers from liability under federal Communications Decency Act protections
