Attorney General actions brought on behalf of the State of Colorado or the people of Colorado shall not be deemed as actions on behalf of any other state officer, agency, department, office, board, commission, or enterprise

Attorney General shall not be deemed in possession, custody, or control of records made, kept, or maintained by other state entities for purposes of discovery requests in enforcement litigation

Information technology equipment qualifying as critical infrastructure under federal law may be exempt from Colorado's Consumer Repair Bill of Rights Act

Exemption criteria include equipment sold only through business-to-business or business-to-government transactions (not retail) where dissemination of parts, documentation, software, firmware, or tools would pose a security risk

Attorney General may adopt rules for IT equipment manufacturers to submit exemption requests from the Consumer Repair Bill of Rights Act
