Establishes staff positions and compensation ranges for the First Regular Session of the 75th Colorado General Assembly, including clerks, sergeants-at-arms, policy analysts, communications directors, and chiefs of staff for both majority and minority caucuses in each chamber

Sets Legislative Aide compensation at $24.57 per hour with 1,800 hours allocated per Senator and per Representative

Compensates Senate and House Chaplains at $25.00 per visit

Authorizes the Secretary of the Senate and Chief Clerk of the House to remain in their positions after sine die adjournment until the Second Regular Session convenes in January 2026

Grants the Senate President and House Services Committee Chair authority to retain, replace, or hire session-only employees during the interim period between sessions as deemed necessary
