Designates February 4 as "Missing Persons Day" in Colorado to raise awareness about missing persons and support affected families

As of January 1, 2025, the FBI reported 93,741 active missing persons cases nationally, with 1,196 reported missing from Colorado

References Colorado's existing alert systems: AMBER Alert (established 2002, has recovered 1,221 children since 1996) and Missing Indigenous Person Alert (MIPA, established 2022, now the state's second most utilized alert)

Includes a comprehensive list of names of currently missing Coloradans spanning several pages of the resolution

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to victim advocacy organizations including FOHVAMP, MMIR Task Force, Colorado Victims for Justice, and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation
