Resolution recounts that FBI estimates 2,000-2,500 people forcibly breached the Capitol, resulting in one Capitol Police officer death from assault injuries, four officer suicides, at least 174 officers injured, and $2.7 million in damages

Condemns the firing of FBI agents who were assigned to investigate the January 6 insurrection cases

Asserts the pardons erode the rule of law and signal acceptance of political violence by Trump supporters

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to Governor Jared Polis and Colorado's congressional delegation
