Acknowledges Nowruz traditions including the Haft-Seen table, Chaharshanbe Suri fire festival, and Sizdah Bedar as promoting values of renewal, gratitude, and environmental stewardship

Honors Colorado's Iranian-American community for contributions in academia, business, the arts, and public service

References the Woman, Life, Freedom movement in Iran and its aspirations for human rights, women's and children's rights, gender equity, and economic justice

Directs the resolution be sent to Iranian-American organizations, community leaders, and cultural institutions in recognition of Nowruz
