Designates a portion of Colorado State Highway 58 from mile marker 0 (at 6th Avenue) to the eastern city limits of Golden near McIntyre Street as the "Officer Evan A. Dunn Memorial Highway"

Honors Officer Evan Alexander Dunn of the Golden Police Department, who was killed in the line of duty on November 6, 2024

Officer Dunn also served as a Captain and company commander in the U.S. Army National Guard (Missouri and Colorado), piloting UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters

Authorizes the Colorado Department of Transportation to accept gifts, grants, and donations for initial placement of memorial highway signs

Permits CDOT to explore a cooperative agreement with the City of Golden for ongoing sign maintenance
