Recognizes Taiwan as consistently ranking among Colorado's top ten trading partners for both exports and imports, with Lieutenant Governor Dianne Primavera leading a trade delegation to Taiwan in November 2024

Supports strengthening Colorado-Taiwan trade relations, academic exchanges, and a U.S.-Taiwan bilateral trade agreement, including signing an Agreement on Avoidance of Double Taxation

Supports Taiwan's meaningful participation in international organizations including the United Nations, World Health Organization, International Criminal Police Organization, and International Civil Aviation Organization

Directs that a copy of the resolution be sent to Director General Bill Huang of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Denver
