Promotes antibias, bullying prevention, and Holocaust and genocide education programs in schools and universities to prevent antisemitic incidents targeting Jewish students

Notes antisemitic incidents reached historic levels in 2024 with 9,354 incidents nationally and 279 in Colorado (a 41% increase since 2023), ranking Colorado ninth among states

References House Bill 20-1336 (signed July 8, 2020), which requires Holocaust and genocide studies for high school graduation in Colorado public schools

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to Jewish organizations, Holocaust education institutions, and memorial centers including the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum
