Opposes the federal "SAVE Act" requiring proof of citizenship documents (passport or birth certificate) for voter registration, noting more than 21 million Americans lack such documentation

Condemns threats and violence to influence elections, including the January 6, 2021 insurrection, and rejects claims that noncitizen voting is widespread

Calls on Congress, the President, and federal agencies to respect state authority over elections and accept certified election results from Colorado

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to U.S. House and Senate leadership and all members of Colorado's congressional delegation
