• Prohibits the state from reimbursing health-care providers for medical services provided to persons who are not lawfully residing, with an exception only for emergency medical assistance.

• Eliminates state-subsidized health insurance coverage for pregnant and postpartum people and children whose immigration status would otherwise make them ineligible for federal programs.

• Repeals three state-funded programs: the reproductive health-care program, medical assistance program, and state children's basic health plan that were established to provide expanded coverage regardless of immigration status.

• Excludes immigrants who are not lawfully residing from state-subsidized individual health insurance coverage available through the health insurance affordability enterprise.

• Ends outreach and enrollment efforts for newly eligible groups and removes HCPF's authority to spend in excess of budgeted amounts for the eliminated state-funded programs.
