Repeals numerous Colorado firearms regulations enacted since 2013, including the 3-day waiting period for firearm sales, the minimum age of 21 to purchase firearms, background check requirements for private transfers, and large-capacity magazine restrictions

Eliminates prohibitions on carrying firearms at polling locations, government buildings, licensed child care centers, schools, and colleges/universities, as well as repealing concealed carry restrictions and firearm storage requirements

Abolishes the Office of Gun Violence Prevention, the state firearms dealer permit system, firearm industry standards of responsible conduct (SB 23-168), and the voluntary waiver of the right to purchase a firearm program

Removes local government authority to enact firearm regulations, establishing statewide preemption over all firearm, ammunition, and accessory laws

Restores firearms product liability protections limiting lawsuits against manufacturers, importers, and dealers to cases involving actual design or manufacturing defects rather than inherent firearm capabilities
