Exempts auctioneers from the "paid solicitor" definition under the Colorado Charitable Solicitations Act, relieving them of registration, $15,000 bond, and filing requirements

Exemption applies whether the auctioneer is paid/contracted or volunteering their services to a charitable organization

Auctioneers must not directly receive or handle monetary donations or charitable funding on behalf of the organization to qualify for the exemption

Effective date is August 12, 2026, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case it would go to voters in November 2026
