Limits Colorado General Assembly regular sessions to no more than 90 consecutive calendar days, reducing from the current constitutional maximum of 120 calendar days

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes section 2-2-303.5 regarding the time and duration of regular legislative sessions

Takes effect August 12, 2026, assuming adjournment sine die occurs on May 13, 2026

Subject to potential referendum petition; if a petition is filed within 90 days of adjournment, the law would only take effect if approved by voters in the November 2026 general election
