Authorizes the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to submit applicant fingerprints to the FBI's Rap Back Service for retention in the federal database

Enables authorized agencies to receive ongoing notifications of criminal activity for individuals who previously submitted to a civil fingerprint-based background check

Allows retained fingerprints to be used for future searches, including latent fingerprint searches

Applies only to fingerprints submitted to CBI on or after the effective date of July 1, 2027

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes section 24-33.5-412 regarding CBI functions
