Requires dual permitting: state-issued temporary hospitality event permit (annual, filed 30+ days before first event) and local event premises permit from the jurisdiction where the event occurs

Local jurisdictions must adopt an ordinance or resolution authorizing such events before permits can be issued; localities may impose additional safety, traffic, and neighborhood impact conditions

Takes effect January 4, 2027; local event premises permit fee capped at $100, with state application fees set to cover administrative costs
