Requires all health benefit plans in Colorado to cover hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for women experiencing menopause or perimenopause, whether from natural aging or other causes

Large employer health plans must provide HRT coverage beginning January 1, 2027; individual and small group plans must comply beginning January 1, 2028

Colorado Medicaid must include HRT coverage starting July 1, 2027, subject to federal authorization and financial participation

Prohibits health plans from denying or limiting HRT prescribed according to accepted standards of care, and bars prior authorization requirements for HRT

Coverage for individual and small group plans becomes inoperative if the state would be required to defray the cost under federal law
