Total department appropriation adjusted to $804,574,934, with $310,884,489 from General Fund, $289,035,859 from cash funds, $16,574,957 from reappropriated funds, and $188,079,629 from federal funds

Universal Preschool Program funding increased by $10 million to $359,096,944 (up from $349,096,944)

Early Intervention program reduced by approximately $7.3 million to $92,604,480 (down from $99,946,707)

Various smaller adjustments include reductions to Health, Life, and Dental benefits ($308,390 decrease), Vehicle Lease Payments ($1,116 decrease), Child Care Resource and Referrals ($30,000 decrease), and Workforce Recruitment and Retention Grants ($150,000 decrease)
