Office of Information Technology receives the largest share at approximately $374.3 million, with reductions in Central Administration (from $67.6 million to $65.3 million), Enterprise Solutions (from $213.1 million to $204.5 million), and Information Security (from $29.4 million to $28.4 million)

Health, Life, and Dental benefits increased from $5,243,251 to $5,433,389 in the Special Purpose section; Payments to OIT increased from $2,057,477 to $2,187,916

Vehicle Lease Payments in both the Colorado Energy Office and Economic Development Programs reduced from $7,584 to $5,421 and from $9,865 to $9,613 respectively
