Supplemental appropriation to the Colorado Department of Human Services for fiscal year 2025-26, increasing total department funding from $2,668,676,927 to $2,695,718,978 (a net increase of approximately $27 million)

Increases General Fund appropriation by approximately $13 million (from $1,323,288,949 to $1,336,332,724) with adjustments across multiple divisions including Executive Director's Office, Administration and Finance, and Office of Children, Youth and Families

Adjusts FY 2024-25 appropriations for the Division of Child Welfare, including an $18.4 million increase for Adoption and Relative Guardianship Assistance (from $49.5 million to $54.9 million) with corresponding increases in federal Title IV-E funding

Increases Food Assistance Grant Programs funding from $2 million to $12 million for fiscal year 2025-26, with the full amount from General Fund

Makes technical corrections to prior appropriation bills, including adjusting FTE counts for the Colorado Commission for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind and correcting fund source references for the Department of Revenue appropriation
