General Fund portion reduced from $28,669,324 to $28,507,306, a decrease of $162,018

Adjustments include reductions to Health, Life, and Dental benefits; Vehicle Lease Payments; Payments to OIT; and Defense of the Republican River Compact funding

Increases consultant expenses from $475,000 to $549,909 for water litigation matters funded through the Colorado Water Conservation Board's Litigation Fund
