Primary adjustments include decreases to Health, Life, and Dental benefits; Vehicle Lease Payments; Payments to OIT; and Wildlife Operations cash fund allocations

Includes legislative intent language requiring Proposition 114 wolf reintroduction funds to be contingent on implementation of preventative measures for livestock protection, including range riders and depredation response teams
