Key adjustments include changes to Health, Life, and Dental benefits ($6,536,687), Payments to OIT ($12,063,477), Vehicle Lease Payments ($221,945), and Office of Administrative Courts Personal Services (increased from 47.4 to 52.0 FTE)

Also amends fiscal year 2024-25 appropriations for the Division of Central Services' Integrated Document Solutions, increasing operating expenses from $22,732,986 to $23,086,014

Includes safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, safety, and for support of state departments and institutions
