Increases total Department of State appropriation from $48,252,479 to $48,255,480, a net increase of $3,001

Administration Division adjustments include: Personal Services increased from $3,064,415 to $3,144,336 with staffing increased from 26.3 to 26.7 FTE; Health, Life, and Dental increased from $2,155,332 to $2,226,904

Information Technology Division Operating Expenses increased from $4,396,219 to $4,398,314

Funding comes primarily from cash funds ($48,251,226) with minimal General Fund contribution ($4,254)
