Increases Construction, Maintenance, and Operations appropriation from $1,649,205,773 to $1,651,840,994, an increase of approximately $2.6 million in cash funds

Increases Multimodal Transportation Projects appropriation from $20,612,617 to $21,062,617, an increase of $450,000 from the Multimodal Transportation and Mitigation Options Fund

Total Department of Transportation appropriation is $2,273,396,013, with $1,449,032,151 from cash funds, $5,181,756 from reappropriated funds, and $819,182,106 from federal funds
