Supplemental appropriations to the Colorado Department of the Treasury for fiscal year 2025-26 totaling $956,682,978, an increase of $26,749 from the original appropriation of $956,656,229

Adjustments to Administration division funding include increases for Personal Services (from $4,286,893 to $4,201,796), Health, Life, and Dental (from $744,662 to $771,411), and Operating Expenses (from $789,451 to $874,548)

Funding sources include General Fund ($468,041,092), Cash Funds ($406,099,188), and Reappropriated Funds ($82,542,698)

Also amends fiscal year 2024-25 appropriations, increasing Operating Expenses from $2,192,234 to $2,208,615 and total Treasury appropriations from $952,059,166 to $952,075,547

Special purpose appropriations remain unchanged, including $180.2 million for Senior Citizen and Disabled Veteran Property Tax Exemption, $213 million for Highway Users Tax Fund county payments, and $225 million for PERA unfunded liability distributions
