Prohibits the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing from making wage enhancement supplemental payments to eligible nursing home providers, regardless of when services were delivered

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes section 25.5-6-208 concerning nursing facility provider reimbursement

Reduces the Medical Services Premiums appropriation for FY 2025-26 by approximately $8.7 million total ($4.4 million General Fund, $4.4 million federal funds)

Decreases the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing total budget from $18.165 billion to $18.156 billion

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety
