Repeals the Business Intelligence Center Advisory Board, which was created to assist the Department of State in operating the business intelligence center program

Implements the recommendation from the Department of Regulatory Agencies' 2025 sunset review report

Removes the advisory board that consisted of the Secretary of State, representatives from the Governor's office, Office of Economic Development, Office of Information Technology, statewide internet portal authority, and up to six additional appointees

Takes effect August 12, 2026, assuming the legislative session adjourns on May 13, 2026
