Repeals the Veterinary Pharmaceutical Advisory Committee as recommended in the Department of Regulatory Agencies' 2025 sunset report

Removes the committee's scheduled September 1, 2026 sunset date from statute since the committee is being abolished entirely

Amends disciplinary action provisions to remove the requirement that the board consider the advisory committee's recommendations when determining fines for egregious veterinary drug distribution violations

Maintains existing fine structure for veterinary drug violations: $50-$500 per violation with a maximum aggregate of $5,000 for multiple violations

Takes effect August 12, 2026 (90 days after legislative adjournment), unless a referendum petition is filed
