Extends the Division of Insurance's regulation of professional cash-bail agents and cash-bonding agents for 13 years, from the current September 1, 2026 repeal date to September 1, 2039

Implements the 2025 sunset review recommendation from the Department of Regulatory Agencies to continue this regulatory program

Requires the functions of the commissioner and division to be reviewed again before the 2039 repeal date in accordance with the standard sunset review process

Takes effect August 12, 2026, assuming the legislative session adjourns on May 13, 2026, unless a referendum petition is filed
