Continues the Office of Combative Sports and Colorado Combative Sports Commission for 11 years until September 1, 2037

Renames the "Colorado Professional Boxing Safety Act" to the "Colorado Combative Sports Safety Act" and expands scope to include boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, mixed martial arts, and Muay Thai

Grants voting power to the two physician members of the commission and requires they have experience in emergency, sports, or combative sports medicine

Prohibits promoters and matchmakers from having financial interests in participant management, and bars managers from having financial interests in promotion or receiving compensation from promoters beyond their contract terms

Requires the office director to gather safety data on combative sports for commission consideration during rulemaking, and adds failure to respond to division complaint letters as grounds for licensee discipline
