Clarifies language in Senate Bill 25-070 regarding online marketplaces' obligation to report suspected stolen goods sales to law enforcement

Adds the word "SELLING" to specify that online marketplaces are exempt from reporting when law enforcement has already notified them that a third-party seller is suspected of selling or attempting to sell the same stolen goods

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes section 6-1-1402 concerning disclosure of information by online marketplaces and reporting of suspicious marketplace activity

Takes effect August 12, 2026 (90 days after adjournment), unless a referendum petition is filed
