Prohibits arbitration agreements between employers/employees or merchants/consumers from waiving the right to participate in class actions or collective actions, except where preempted by federal law

Voids contract provisions requiring employees or consumers to pay arbitration fees exceeding what state or federal courts would charge to file a claim

Disqualifies arbitrators who have rules, policies, or patterns of conduct that discriminate against certain parties or attorneys, or that prevent parties from asserting their rights or prevailing in arbitration

Requires employers or merchants to comply with arbitration awards within 30 days or face treble damages for the total award amount

Repeals the existing prohibition on exemplary (punitive) damages in arbitration proceedings, allowing such damages to be awarded
