Entities making material changes to health-care provider contracts must send written notice via both registered mail and email to the provider or administrator who signed the contract, at least 90 days before the effective date

Written notice must be conspicuously titled "notice of material change to contract" and clearly set forth the proposed material change

Adds a requirement that contracts between insurance carriers and providers under managed care plans must include a provision for material change notification

Takes effect January 1, 2027, and applies to contracts entered into or renewed on or after that date
