Creates an exception allowing one or more physician assistants to own a majority of a corporation organized solely for providing medical-aesthetic services, overriding the current requirement that physicians maintain majority ownership

Permits estheticians, cosmetologists, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, advanced practice registered nurses, and physician assistants to be shareholders in medical-aesthetic service corporations if they hold active Colorado licenses

Requires these corporations and their licensed employees to comply with professional conduct standards applicable to their respective professions, with violations subject to license revocation or suspension by the appropriate regulatory board

Effective date is August 12, 2026, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case the act would require voter approval in November 2026
