The Attorney General may enforce search warrant violations through injunctions, restitution, disgorgement of profits, damages, and civil penalties of up to $250,000 per violation

Violations of the reporting requirement constitute an unfair or deceptive trade practice under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act

The definition of "social media platform" is expanded by removing the 100,000 active Colorado users threshold and including interactive/virtual gaming platforms
