Prohibits state and local peace officers from concealing their identity while interacting with the public, with exceptions for undercover operations and hazardous materials situations

Establishes state criminal jurisdiction over federal law enforcement officers who commit crimes in Colorado, allowing state prosecution even when officers acted under federal authority

Bars the P.O.S.T. Board from certifying any individual who has current or prior employment with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)

Requires mandatory training for all peace officers on immigration law, duty to intervene against federal officers using excessive force, and jurisdictional limits, with existing officers required to complete training by July 1, 2027

Expands the crime of impersonating a peace officer to include anyone performing law enforcement acts while knowingly concealing their identity
