Extends the regulation of dialysis treatment clinics and hemodialysis technicians by the Department of Public Health and Environment for 11 years, from September 1, 2026 to September 1, 2037

Implements the recommendation from the 2025 sunset report by the Department of Regulatory Agencies' Office of Policy, Research, and Regulatory Reform

Removes the current scheduled repeal date of September 1, 2026 for hemodialysis regulation under section 25-1.5-108 of Colorado Revised Statutes

Takes effect August 12, 2026, assuming the legislative session adjourns on May 13, 2026
