Corrects a technical error in the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children by changing the reference from "10 U.S.C. Section" to "10 U.S.C. Chapters 1209 and 1211" in the definition of "active duty"

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes section 24-60-3402 to fix the citation in two locations within Articles II and III of the compact

Applies to children of active duty uniformed service members, including National Guard and Reserve members on active duty orders

Originated from the Statutory Revision Committee as a technical cleanup measure

Effective date of August 12, 2026, assuming adjournment on May 13, 2026, unless a referendum petition is filed
