CO HB1330

Removes the 100-acre maximum size limit for entertainment districts and reduces the minimum licensed premises requirement from 20,000 square feet to 5,000 square feet for two or more licensees combined

Requires entertainment districts to be located within a single municipality, city and county, or unincorporated area of a single county

Grants local licensing authorities power to set days and hours of operation for entertainment districts and for licensees to sell or serve alcohol within those districts

Restricts alcohol sales for consumption in common consumption areas to only those licensed premises specifically authorized by the local licensing authority to attach to the area

Authorizes the state licensing authority to adopt rules for public safety and may establish different requirements for premises attached versus not attached to common consumption areas
