Appropriates $75,719,843 to the Colorado Legislative Department for fiscal year 2026-27, consisting of $73,933,163 from the general fund, $5,000 from cash funds, and $1,781,680 from reappropriated funds

Allocates funding across legislative branches: $25,344,224 for the General Assembly (173.4 FTE), $14,136,402 for the State Auditor (83.1 FTE), $3,014,066 for the Joint Budget Committee (19.7 FTE), $17,688,092 for the Legislative Council (109.6 FTE), and $10,899,114 for the Committee on Legal Services (64.8 FTE)

Designates $4,637,945 from the general fund for PERA Amortization Equalization Disbursement and PERA Supplemental Amortization Equalization Disbursement

Appropriates $50,000 from the general fund to the Youth Advisory Council cash fund for fiscal year 2026-27

Amends the 2025-26 appropriation to allow $30,000 allocated for new legislator orientation and official functions to roll over to fiscal year 2026-27 if unexpended by July 1, 2026
