More than 2.7 million Americans served tours in Vietnam, with over 58,000 U.S. deaths and 300,000 wounded; an estimated 116,000 Colorado Vietnam-era veterans were still living as of 2020

Acknowledges challenges faced by veterans both during service and upon returning home, and appreciates their subsequent contributions to families, communities, and the state

Encourages all Coloradans to remember the sacrifices made by Vietnam War veterans, coinciding with April 30, 2026 marking the 51st anniversary of the fall of Saigon

Directs copies be sent to the Adjutant General of Colorado, United Veterans Coalition of Colorado, Project Sanctuary, President Trump, Governor Polis, and Colorado's Congressional delegation
