Commemorates the 143 U.S. Armed Forces members killed in action during the conflict, including three Coloradans

Acknowledges the U.S.-led 42-country international coalition—the largest since World War II—that liberated Iraqi-occupied Kuwait

Expresses gratitude and sympathy to families of fallen service members and encourages all Coloradans to remember the sacrifices made by Gulf War veterans

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the Colorado Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, United Veterans Coalition of Colorado, President Trump, Governor Polis, and the Colorado Congressional delegation
